Collection and Use of your Personal Information When you sign up and use Horsford's Corporate and E commerce Online, your privacy settings (UserID and Password), are stored so that those settings are available when you sign in from a different computer or device. By agreeing to use Horsford's Corporate and E commerce Online you recognize that this service is designed to provide you with access to your account information (invoices, balances, orders and quotations) maintained solely for your business use and your relationship with Horsford's. Horsford's will use its best interests to safeguard your information and will not use any information you input into the system for any other purpose, solicitation or use other than to conduct business between you and Horsford's. Conversely, you agree that you will safeguard and protect your UserID and Password from unauthorized use or copy by anyone who does not have your permission or consent to act on your behalf or on behalf of your use of the system relative to your business relationship with Horsford's. Use of your Personal Information Horsford's staff will use your information solely in support of managing and accepting orders and quotations for processing or for other business related use, or to assist you and your staff in using the Horsford's E commerce Online service. Except as otherwise stated below, Personal Information you provide to Horsford's E commerce Online will not be shared outside of Horsford's without your specific permission to do so. Horsford's will disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Horsford's (b) protect and defend the rights or property Horsford's or the Horsford's E commerce Online service; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Horsford's, its web sites, or the public.
